U.S. sales tax on InVision subscriptions

Prices shown on the InVision website do not include sales tax or VAT.

InVision is legally obligated to collect and pay sales tax on some customer purchases for paid plans. Whether or not sales tax is due and the specific tax rates are determined by the company address stored in InVision. Administrators can update company billing details, including company address, from the Billing page in InVision.

Tax Exempt

Some nonprofits or educational institutions may be exempt from paying sales tax for paid InVision subscriptions. If your company is exempt from sales tax, please contact InVision Support to submit your fully executed exemption certificate. Please be sure to include your team ID or InVision URL and ensure that the certificate includes InVision’s full address:
