It's possible to move a document to any space you have access to.
To move a document:
Sign in to your account, and navigate to the Documents page.
Hover over your document and click the ••• button.
Click Add to space. If it's already in a space, click Move.
In the search bar, enter the name of the space you want to transfer the document to, and then click that space when it appears in results. Note: You can also click Create a new space, if wanted.
Your document will now live in that space. Following the same steps above, you can move the document to a different space at any time, or you can remove it from the current space by selecting Unfiled from the list of spaces.
Note: A document can only live in one space at a time.
