While on the DSM Enterprise plan (or while participating in the DSM Enterprise trial), you can set up library versioning, library-level permissions, and library-specific privacy settings.
If you downgrade to DSM Free, your permissions and privacy settings are reset to default. This means:
- All users become admins.
- All libraries are open to everyone in the organization and are no longer password protected.
- You won’t be able to release new library versions (but you’ll still have access to previous versions).
Please note that if you downgrade and later purchase DSM Enterprise, your previous permissions and privacy settings will not be restored. You will need to reconfigure those settings based on your needs.
