Why are Studio Inspector scrubbers limited to a value of 100?

The various scrubbers you see in the Studio inspector panel are intended to let you make quick adjustments to settings and layer properties. While the scrubbers range from a value of 0 to 100, the corresponding text input fields to the left of many of the scrubbers are meant to give you precision control, therefore many of the text fields support any numerical value—excluding certain items that have intentional limits (such as the Count field in the Layout dialog, for example) as well as percentage-based values, which are obviously limited to 100%.
