  3. In the To: field, enter the name of the person you want to add to the document.
As you type, you will see suggestions for people on your team. If you want to add someone who is not yet a member of your team, enter their email address.

  2. Click the Members & Guests tab.
  3. To the right of Copy link, click Settings.

Using public links

Public links are a great way to share your document with a broader audience that's not part of your team. If you are on an Enterprise plan, you can also password protect public links.

Creating a public link

To create a public link:

  1. Open a document and, in the top-right corner, click the Share button.
  2. Click the Public tab, and then click Get Public Link.
  3. If needed, click Manage link settings to hide hotspot hints or set a password. When finished, click Update.
The password feature is only available for InVision Enterprise plans.
  4. Back in the share dialog, click Copy next to the share link. If you have a password set, you can also copy the password.

You can now share that public document link with anyone you choose.
