InVision Cloud V7: How do I transfer my document to another space?


This article provides answers for InVision Cloud V7. If you’re on V6 of InVision, these instructions do not apply. Not sure which version you're using? Find out now.

Here’s how to add an existing document to the space you're currently working in:

  1. With the space open, click the large pink + button.
  2. Click Add existing.
  3. Use the search field or scroll down to find and click the document you want to transfer.
  4. Click the Add button.

You can also transfer a document to a space from the Cloud V7 homepage:

  1. In the main navigation area, click Documents.
    If you don't see the document you need to transfer, click the All Documents tab.
  2. Hover over the document you want to transfer and—just below the lower-right corner of the thumbnail—click the ••• (more) menu.
  3. Click Move.
  4. In the search bar of the Move document dialog, enter the name of the space you want to transfer the document to, and then click that space when it appears in results.
  5. Click Move.
