How can I sort and filter my documents in InVision V7?

Filtering documents by document type

  1. Sign in to your InVision V7 account: your-team-domain.invisionapp.com
  2. Click the main Documents dropdown on top to see all document types you have access to, or only specific document types.

Additional document filters

  1. Sign in to your InVision V7 account and open the Documents page.
  2. Toggle between the 3 tabs:
    • All: View all documents you have access to. 
    • Created by me: View all documents you have created on the team.
    • Archived: View all archived documents.

Sorting documents

To sort or reorder your InVision documents:

  1. Sign in to your InVision V7 account and open the Documents page.
  2. Just above the document thumbnails, click the drop-down arrow.
  3. Select the sorting option you prefer:
    • Date created: Sort documents by most recently created.
    • Date updated: Sort documents by most recently updated.
    • Last viewed: Sort documents by most recently opened. (This is the default setting.)
    • A-Z: Sort documents alphanumerically.
