Publishing documents from either Sketch or Photoshop to InVision is convenient with Craft Sync. The publishing workflow, however, differs between Sketch and Photoshop.

Publishing prototypes from Photoshop

To publish a prototype from Photoshop:

  1. Select the artboard/s you want to publish.
  2. In the panels on the right side (by default) of the workspace, click the Sync icon (craft-sync-icon.png).
The location of the Sync icon may vary, depending on how you have arranged your Photoshop panels.
  3. In the Sync dialog, click the drop-down list to create or select the prototype you want to sync to, and select either All artboards in document or Only selected artboards.
  4. Click the blue Sync to InVision button.

Publishing prototypes from Sketch

To publish a prototype from Sketch:

  1. Select the artboard/s you want to publish.
To publish all artboards on the Sketch page, ensure that you have no artboards selected before proceeding to step 2.
  2. In the panel on the right side of the workspace, click the Craft Sync icon (craft-sync-icon.png), which will prompt the Craft Manager dialog to open.
  3. In the Craft Manager dialog, click the Select or create a prototype field, enter a name to select the prototype you want or click the Create prototype button, and select the device type from the drop-down list.
  4. If you’re creating a new prototype, click the blue Publish button. If you’re syncing changes to a previously created prototype, click the blue Update button.
You will then see the Prototypes tab, where you can view the publishing progress indicator.
