How do I sign in to InVision Cloud via Craft Manager?

Follow

Craft Manager handles InVision authentication from your desktop, so only authorized users can view and publish documents for your team.

The Craft Manager sign-in steps vary slightly based on whether you use your email and password only, you use your team's InVision subdomain (e.g., your-domain.invisionapp.com), or you belong to an Enterprise that uses SSO (single sign on).

Sign in with your email and password

To sign in to your account in Craft Manager:

  1. In the Mac menu bar, click the Craft icon (craft-manager-icon.png).
  2. At the top left of the modal, click the Prototypes tab, and then click Sign In.
Step 2 may be unnecessary in some cases. If Craft Manager opens with the Email Address field visible, skip to step 3.
  3. Enter your email address and click Next.
  4. Enter your password and click Sign In.
If your InVision email is not tied to multiple teams, skip step 5.
  5. Next to the team you want to launch, click Select.

Clicking a prototype in the list that appears after signing in will open it in InVision Cloud. To publish changes to a prototype, return to Sketch or Photoshop and use the Craft Sync tool.

Sign in with your team's domain

If you belong to an Enterprise or other team account, use these steps to sign in:

  3. Below the Email Address field, click Know your team domain.
  4. In the Team Domain field, enter your team's unique domain—e.g., your-domain.invisionapp.com.
  5. Enter your email address and password, and click Sign In.

Clicking a prototype in the list that appears after signing in will open it in InVision Cloud. To publish changes to a prototype, return to Sketch or Photoshop and use the Craft Sync tool.

Sign in with SSO

If your Enterprise or other team has implemented SSO, use these steps to sign in:

  3. Below the Email Address field, click Know your team domain.
  4. In the Team Domain field, enter your team's unique domain—e.g., your-domain.invisionapp.com.
  5. In the SSO dialog that opens, click Sign In Using SSO.
Depending on your SSO provider as well as which InVision Cloud version you're on, this button may say Sign in with [Your SSO Provider].
  6. Enter the username and password you use for your organization's SSO, and click Sign In.

Clicking a prototype in the list that appears after signing in will open it in InVision Cloud. To publish changes to a prototype, return to Sketch or Photoshop and use the Craft Sync tool.

Prototypes are shown for the team you are currently signed in to, and are sorted by when they were last updated. Clicking on a prototype in that list will take you to InVision where you can preview the prototype or make changes.

View prototypes for one of your other teams by first switching teams within Craft Manager.
