Once you've actually submitted the test request to UserTesting your test will be managed entirely through their service. Please contact UserTesting directly if you have questions or need assistance once your test has been submitted.
Please contact UserTesting directly if you need them to cancel a test on your behalf. Alternatively, you can archive your prototype or revoke your Share URLs to prevent access to the submitted prototype. You can confirm the prototype is no longer accessible via your test by visiting your UserTesting.com dashboard and checking the link associated with your test.
