On Tuesday, December 8th at 3:00 PM EST we will update InVision to use a new URL for images hosted within InVision. This change should be seamless for the vast majority of InVision customers. However, customers who have heightened network security in place may need to update their network security to accommodate this change.
Images that are viewed within InVision are currently found at:

If you don't have heightened network security in place, this change shouldn't impact you at all.
How do I know if I'm affected?
Most users won't be affected at all, but you might be affected if your workplace:
- Uses a proxy that prevents access to sites unless the site has been whitelisted
- Has a firewall that blocks access to sites unless they're on a whitelist
- Uses a VPN with a similar whitelist of allowable sites
If you've got network security in place that uses a whitelist, you may be affected by this change. If so, images will stop loading correctly after the change occurs.
