How do I transfer (migrate) a prototype from my Enterprise account to my personal account?


To have your prototype(s) promptly migrated, please contact InVision Support.

Here are a few things to note regarding prototype migrations:

  • All share links previously shared will continue to work.
  • All hotspots, comments, screens, templates and assets will be retained.
  • Any email notifications received prior to migration cannot be answered. Once migration has occurred, new email notifications received can be replied to without any issues.
Prototype migrations for Private Cloud do not include comments, history, share links, or collaborators.
