To reset your password:
- In an incognito tab, navigate to https://projects.invisionapp.com. If you're a Private Cloud customer with a dedicated instance of InVision, you'll instead need to navigate to https://yourprivateclouddomain.invisionapp.com.
- Click Forgot Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your InVision account.
- You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Note: Your new password must be 5 or more characters (either letters or numbers). Special characters are not required.
