If you're a Private Cloud customer with a dedicated instance of InVision, instead navigate to https://yourprivateclouddomain.invisionapp.com.
Above the Password field, click the Forgot your password? link.
Enter the email address associated with your InVision account.
Click Reset password.
You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link and enter your new password. If you aren't receiving the password reset email, add [email protected] to your contacts list, and follow the steps above again.
Your new password must be 5 or more characters (either letters or numbers). Special characters are not required.
