To reset your password:
- In a private browser window, navigate to https://login.invisionapp.com.
If you're a Private Cloud customer with a dedicated instance of InVision, instead navigate to https://yourprivateclouddomain
.invisionapp.com. - Above the Password field, click the Forgot your password? link.
- Enter the email address associated with your InVision account.
- Click Reset password.
You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click the link and enter your new password. If you aren't receiving the password reset email, add no-reply@invisionapp.com
to your contacts list, and follow the steps above again.
Your new password must be 5 or more characters (either letters or numbers). Special characters are not required.
