Account deletion depends on which version of InVision you have. If you're not sure which version you have, read How can I check if I'm using InVision V7 or V6?
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Support can't recover deleted accounts.
Delete V6 account
Users on free plans in V6 can delete their own account.
Users with paid plans must downgrade to the Free plan first and then delete their account.
- Sign in to the InVision account you wish to delete.
- In the top right corner, select your username.
- Select View Profile.
- Scroll to the danger zone at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Delete this account. Nothing is being deleted yet.
- Select Send verification email.
Check the email associated with your InVision account for the verification email. You must follow the link in the email within 30 minutes. If the link expires, follow the earlier procedure to get a new email.
If you're sure you wish to delete your account, follow the link in the email and select Yes, delete my account now.
Delete V7 account
To delete or close your V7 account, contact InVision Support with a formal request to delete your account.
Send the account deletion request from the email address associated with the InVision account. Otherwise, InVision Support can't delete the account.
