To let contributors of your InVision V6 Enterprise view and join all company prototypes, an admin on the Enterprise will need to follow these instructions:
- Sign in and click the People tab.
- On the right side, click the ••• (more) menu.
- Click Member Permissions.
- Under the Contributor heading, toggle the switch next to Can preview and join all company prototypes.
By default, this option is turned off so only managers and admins can view all company prototypes owned by the Enterprise.
If this setting is toggled off, members on an Enterprise account can still request access when they receive links to prototypes they are not collaborators on.
