What do I do if I think my IP address is being blocked?


If you're unable to access InVision, your IP may be blocked. If you send us your IP address (click the Contact Us button at the top right of this article), we can unlock it for you. 

You can use to pull your IP.

We're looking into a potential Google Chrome bug that may be related. When you contact us, please also let us know which device and browser you are using.
