Adding and Removing People in DSM

Note: Both available plans for Design System Manager (DSM Free and DSM Enterprise) allow you to add collaborators to a library. However, only DSM Enterprise allows you to manage role permissions. To learn more, check out our comparison of DSM plans.

Access to the library and permissions are managed through the web view of DSM.

To add and remove people from your library, go to the DSM plugin, select the library in the plugin and then click Add Collaborators from the drop down menu.

This opens the People page in the DSM web view.

Admins can enable open access to DSM, so anyone in the enterprise can join without having to invite each individual.
