You need to select an artboard before you can add an interaction.

Toggle view hotspots

If no artboards or layers are selected, this will show all hotspots. If a specific layer is selected, it will only show hotspots for that artboard.

Sync all artboards to a prototype

Upload all artboards to a freehand

Control + Option + A

You must have the Freehand plugin window open, and you must have previously uploaded the file to a freehand.
