Historically we’ve allowed our customers to login to support.invisionapp.com using their InVision accounts to make it easier to view their ticket history. However, we’ve identified a few issues over the last few weeks that make that option no longer feasible.
As a result, we’ve decided to disable the ability to login to our support portal using your InVision account for now while we explore ways of overhauling this system and addressing those issues.
As of April 8 2017, you’ll need to create a separate password for our support portal itself if you want to view your ticket history. You will not be able to automatically login with your InVision username or password.
