Since posting this announcment, we have re-implemented SSO for the InVision Help Center. To learn more, check out this announcement post.

Historically, customers could sign in to using their InVision accounts, making it easier to view their ticket history. However, we’ve identified a few issues over the last few weeks that make that option no longer feasible.

As a result, we’ve decided to disable the ability to sign in to our support portal using your InVision account for now while we explore ways of overhauling this system and addressing those issues.

As of April 8 2017, you’ll need to create a separate password for our support portal itself if you want to view your ticket history. You will not be able to automatically sign in with your InVision username or password.
