Use the Tool launcher to add launcher buttons for Freehand add-ons, integrations, and some tools to your freehand, enabling other users to open them right from the freehand canvas.
Launcher buttons are especially handy when building custom templates. They help template users find the add-ons, integrations, and tools referenced in the template and complete their tasks.
Add launcher buttons in your freehand canvas
To add launcher buttons in your freehand canvas:

- Sign in to InVision and open your freehand.
- On the bottom toolbar, select More (•••) and then select Tool Launcher. The Tool launcher modal appears.
- Scroll to locate the Freehand tool, integration, or add-on you want to add to your canvas. You can also use the Search field to search for a specific tool, integration, or add-on.
- Drag the tile for the tool, integration, or add-on you want to add to your freehand canvas. The launcher button appears in your Freehand.
When a user clicks on a launcher button, the tool or add-on panel opens in Freehand.
Remove launcher buttons from your freehand canvas
To remove a launcher button, select the launcher button you want to delete and press Delete
on your keyboard. You can also select the launcher button and select More (•••) > Delete
You can lock launcher buttons to prevent other collaborators from moving or deleting them. To lock launcher buttons, select the launcher button you want to lock and select Lock ()
