Open your web browser's developer console

When troubleshooting InVision products, it's helpful to check your browser's developer console. Information in the console can help the support team troubleshoot problems you're having.

InVision V7 supports the latest 2 versions of the following browsers:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari
• Edge

Chrome

The fastest way to open the console in Chrome is to right-click anywhere on a page and select Inspect. The console opens in a side panel.
