Manage public share links and embed links in InVision V7

Editors of a prototype can view and manage all existing public share links from the Manage public links page. Every time a user generates a new prototype public share link, a new link will appear on this page.

View public share links

To view existing public share links:

1. Sign in to InVision and open a prototype.
2. Click Share at the top right corner.
3. Select the Public tab of the share dialog.
4. At the bottom of the dialog, click Manage public links.

For each public share link, you can see the enabled settings, copy the link, and revoke the share link. The following table details what each column in the Manage public links dialog represents.

Feature	Icon	Description
Share link and creation date	N/A	You can copy the public share link and view the creation date and the creator.
Commenting		The public share link is set to allow comments.
Hotspot hint		Hotspot hinting is enabled for the public share link.
Hide UI		The InVision toolbar typically seen at the bottom of the InVision console is hidden.
Key navigation		Users can navigate through the prototype screens by pressing the arrow keys on the keyboard.
Password protected		Recipients must enter the public share link password to access the prototype or screens.
Copy link	N/A	Copy the public share link.
Edit link settings		Edit the share link settings
Delete		Delete the public share link.

Revoke share links

If you no longer want viewers to access a prototype using an existing public share link, you can permanently revoke it.

To revoke a share link:

1. Open the prototype and click Share at the top right corner.
2. Select the Public tab of the share dialog.
3. At the bottom of the dialog, click Manage public links.
4. Click Delete () to the right of the share link you want to revoke.

To revoke all share links:

1. Open the prototype and click Share at the top right corner.
2. Select the Public tab of the share dialog.
3. At the bottom of the dialog, click Manage public links.
4. Click ••• next to the + Create link button, and select Revoke all public links. A confirmation window appears.
5. Click Revoke all to confirm the deletion of all public share links.

View and revoke embed links

If you generate an embed link for your prototype, you can view it and delete it from the Manage public links page as well, in the Embed links section.

In the Manage public links page, use the Copy button to copy the existing embed link and the Delete icon to the right of the embed link to delete it.
