Unsupported content
- Comments, chats, or notes can’t be imported from Miro or Mural boards into Freehand. As a workaround, you can take screenshots of any comments, chats, or notes in your board or copy and paste the content into Freehand.
- Integration cards (for example, Asana or Jira cards) are imported as sets of shapes and text. These cards aren’t imported as cards into Freehand even if you have the same integration configured in Freehand.
- Dotted and dashed connectors can’t be imported from Mural.
- Shape borders aren’t imported from Mural. Only the shape is imported.
- Very small items. If the board you’re importing includes very small items, you may not be able to zoom to 100% on them. As a workaround, select all the imported objects and make them larger.
