Export People reports for Enterprise accounts

There are several user data reports—available to export as CSV files—for InVision V7 Enterprise accounts.

NoteTo export user data reports, you must be an admin or owner on the Enterprise account.

Available reports

All users (members and guests)

Data for all users on the Enterprise account.

Users by user groups

All users on the Enterprise account, broken down by user group. The user group will be listed first. Users who are on multiple groups will be listed multiple times.

Invitations

All pending (not accepted yet) Enterprise invitations.

Removed users

All users who have been removed from the Enterprise.

Exporting Enterprise reports

To export a user report in your Enterprise:

  1. Sign in to your InVision V7 Enterprise account: your-domain.invisionapp.com
  2. On the left sidebar, click the More menu()and then select People.
  3. On the upper right corner of the table, click the Download (icon-download.png) icon.
  4. From the dropdown, select one of the options:

Reviewing report details

When exporting user data reports, you'll find the following details included in the CSV file that's generated.

All users (members and guests)

"ID": Unique identifier in the system

Name: User's name

Email: User's email

Role: User's role in the Enterprise team

Seat type: User’s seat type (available if seat types are enabled in the Enterprise)

Documents created: Number of documents created by the user

Last IP: Last known IP when the user last used the system

Last seen: Date when the user last used the system

User added: Date when the user was added to the Enterprise team

User groups: Number of user groups that the user belongs to in the Enterprise account

Users by user group

User group: Name of the user group

"ID": Unique identifier of the user group in the system

Name: User's name

Email: User's email

Role: User's role in the Enterprise team

Seat type: User’s seat type (available if seat types are enabled in the Enterprise)

Documents created: Number of documents created by the user

Last IP: Last known IP when the user last used the system

Last seen: Date when the user last used the system

User added: Date when the user was added to the Enterprise team

Invitations

"Sender": Email of the person who invited the user

Last sent: Date when the invitation was last sent

Sent to: Email of the invited user

Invite role: Role the user was added to

Invite seat type: Seat type the user was added to (available if seat types are enabled in the Enterprise)

Removed users

"ID": Unique identifier in the system

Name: User's name

Email: User's email

Role: User's role in the Enterprise team

Seat type: User’s seat type (available if seat types are enabled in the Enterprise)

Date: Date when the user was removed from the Enterprise

Admin: Email address of the admin who removed the user 

User added: Date when the user was added to the Enterprise team

Last IP: Last known IP when the user last used the system

Last seen: Date when the user last used the system

User added: Date when the user was added to the Enterprise team
