Can I export prototype comments?

You can export all prototype comments in CSV or ZIP format.

This feature is available if you're a contributor or higher on an InVision V6 Enterprise plan. Or, if you're not on an Enterprise plan, you are the owner of the specific prototype.

To export comments:

1. Sign in to InVision and open a prototype.
2. Click the ••• (more) menu, and then click Export comments.
3. Check the boxes next to the comment types and statuses you want to include.
4. Click Generate report.

   A file will download to your computer, which you can then open in the program of your choice.

The option to export prototype comments can also be accessed from the Comments tab.

When downloading a prototype as a PDF, it is also possible to include comments for each screen. However, this method doesn't export the comments in CSV format.
